It's been out in Japan for a while, but NIS has confirmed that Disgaea 4 is finally heading to North America in September. Europe will see the game sometime this fall.The latest iteration of the tactical RPG series will contain a new class (Professor) and remove gender class differences. You'll also be able to share user generated content over PSN, such as maps, senators and character data.
